Opens @ 8am on August 20 and Closes @ 8pm on September 14 (Late registrations accepted if space available) Only 12 teams accepted for each Event AND 24 Players for Recreational Play Entry Fee: $25 per player OR $40 per player [participation into 2 events]
TOURNAMENT DETAILS
The goal of our Organizing Committee is to introduce the Pickleball Community to our great Village and offer a combination of competitive and recreational play for an “All Inclusive” Tournament.
The 3 competitive events
{Men’s Doubles; Women’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles] will comprise of 12 teams each. Each event will be broken down into 2 divisions [6 teams each] with round robin play in each division. A Team’s Round Robin Record will determine their placement in the Playoff Round which will feature crossover games between the 2 Pools to determine the Gold, Silver & Bronze winners. Most Playoff Round matches will be best 2 out of 3 games to 11 points (win by 2). Subject to change.
As for Recreational play; registration is limited to 24 players. This is individual play with different partners each game. All games will be a timed event [12 minutes per game] with a maximum of 11 points per game. All players are guaranteed a minimum of 5 games. The playoff round will include the top 4 players in semi-finals and finals rounds.

All players are required to sign a Liability Waiver when checking in.

If any Event is oversubscribes during the Registration period, final determination will be based on date & time of paid registration.
