Pickleball Nova Scotia is pleased to announce that we have opened up the bid process to provide our clubs and groups with the opportunity to submit a proposal for hosting our 2022 Provincial Championships. Below you will find the various timelines and deadlines as well as the links to download the complete Bid Book and a sample template for the Budget Workbook.
The bid process officially opens on December 1, 2021 and here are the following deadlines:
December 31, 2021 – Deadline to submit Letter of Intent to Pickleball Nova Scotia
January 15, 2022 – Deadline to submit the bid documents to Pickleball Nova Scotia
January 16-30, 2022 – Bid Committee reviews and evaluates all bids submitted
January 31, 2022 – Pickleball Nova Scotia Board selects the Host for 2022 Tournament
